With just a few simple steps, you’ll be set up for lasting results and a confident recovery.

Do’s After Neveskin Treatments
  1. Stay Hydrated
    • Drink at least 1.5–2 liters of water daily for 3–5 days post-treatment.
    • This helps your body flush out the destroyed fat cells via the lymphatic system.
  2. Engage in Light to Moderate Exercise
    • Try to get in 20–30 minutes of activity (walking, cycling, etc.) after the session to boost circulation and support detoxification.
  3. Eat Clean, Balanced Meals
    • Focus on lean proteins, fresh veggies, fruits, and whole grains.
    • Avoid processed or fatty foods to optimize fat cell elimination.
  4. Massage the Treated Area
    • Gently massage the area 2–3 times a day for 5–10 minutes to stimulate

  5. Follow Treatment Schedule
    • Stick to the recommended 3–5 sessions spaced 1–2 weeks apart, depending on

Dont's After Neveskin Treatments:
  1. Avoid Sugar and Carbs for 4–6 hours after treatment

  2. Don’t Use Hot Baths or Saunas
    • Avoid intense heat (like saunas, hot tubs, or long hot showers) for at least 24
    hours.
  3. Skip Alcohol and Caffeine
    • Try to reduce or avoid these for at least 48 hours, as they may strain your liver
    and slow detoxification.
  4. Avoid Heavy Lifting or Intense Workouts (on the day of treatment)
    • Keep it light to moderate to avoid stressing your system.
  5. No Creams or Lotions on the treated area for 24 hours
    • Let the skin breathe and recover naturally.
  6. It is best to try and avoid sugar 2 hours before and 2 hours after a shape session, reducing sugar, soda and caffeine intake as a daily practice will help increase collagen production.
  7. Improving health and lifestyle quality will help enhance hydration, nourish fibroblasts and contribute to increased collagen production, as an example, benefits will be seen by increasing water intake and exercising.

If you’re doing CryoFacials, most of the above still applies, but especially:

Avoid makeup for a few hours post-treatment
