From I-495 (Capital Beltway)

Option 1: Exit 17A – Landover Road (MD-202 E)1. Take Exit 17A toward Upper Marlboro.
2. Travel east on MD-202 for approximately 1.2 miles.
3. Turn right onto Technology Way.
4. At the end of Technology Drive right pass Kaiser come to the stop sign.
5. Left onto Mercantile Lane. There is a glass Metro Pickup stand on the right.
Please turn right after the stand into the parking lot where the police car is.
6. Make a right into the parking lot with the police car and the charging station in
the 1300 Mercantile Lane parking lot Largo Executive Center 100-129.
7. Suite 100-E is located at the very back of the parking lot. Please park near the
daycare and suite 108. Get out of your car and walk to 100 Largo Executive
Suites at the very last office.
8. Do not turn right at the end of Technology Drive and go to 130-148 where the For
leasing sign is on the side of the building. Please turn left! Not Right! Do not go
behind the building.
9. If you make a right where and go behind the building turn around and come back
out to Mercantile Lane and make a right.
10. Then go down pass the glass stand and make a right where the police car is and
come to the end of the parking lot.
11. Suite 100-E is located at the very back of the parking lot. Please park near the
daycare and suite 108. Get out of your car and walk to 100 Largo Executive
Suites at the very last office
12. Do not go down the steps to the playground.
13. Come to the door 100 and come in the building. Dial 23 on the call box before 9
am and after 5 pm to get in the building.

Option 2: Exit 16 – Arena Drive1. Take Exit 16 and turn right onto Medical Center Drive.
2. Turn left onto Lottsford Road.
3. Turn right onto Apollo Drive.
4. Turn left onto Mercantile Lane.
5. Turn left into the second entrance of the 1300 Mercantile Lane parking lot.
6. Suite 100-E is located within the building

From Downtown Baltimore

1. Merge onto I-95 S toward Washington, D.C.
2. Continue on I-95 S, then take Exit 17A for MD-202 E toward Upper Marlboro.
3. Follow the steps outlined in Option 1 above to reach your destination.

Metro: Take the Blue or Silver Line to Downtown Largo Station.

From the Station: The destination is approximately 1 mile away. You can:
• Walk (~20 minutes).
• Use a ride-sharing service or taxi.

Ample parking is available at 1300 Mercantile Lane. Upon entering the parking lot, look for
signage directing you to Suite 100-E.
